Getting there and back:

The day of arrival and departure is Saturday. You can check in from 3:30pm. Please check out by 9:30am at the latest. Please let us know your planned arrival time.

We reserve the right to charge for any day booked even if you arrive later or depart earlier than stated. We therefore recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Pets:

You can bring pets upon request. The price for pets is € 10.00 per animal per night. Please bring your own basket and feed. Please do not leave your pet unattended in the apartment.

Deposit:

We ask for a deposit of a third of the final payment when you make your booking. We can guarantee your booking once the deposit has been received.

Payment methods:

Visa, MasterCard, debit, cash in accordance with applicable legislation.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before the day of arrival. The deposit will be retained for cancellations between 3 months and 4 weeks before the day of arrival. The fee for cancellations less than 4 weeks before the day of arrival is 80% of the booking price.

The prices are valid on a minimum stay of 1 week.
For shorter stays we calculate an surcharge.

Bread Roll Service:

To ensure that we can prepare your breakfast delight optimally, a pre-order is required for our bread roll service.

Tourist tax:

All prices exclude € 2.50 tourist tax per person (over 14 years of age) per night. This can be paid on the premises.

Children and additional persons:

The price for children under 8 years of age is € 10.00 per night (only valid in the off season).
The price for all other additional persons is € 15.00 - 20.00 per night.
